  2. Web ID is an "Identifier" (an "HTTP URI" in fact), for Entity "You" of Type: Person, on the World Wide Web. It looks like a URL and feels like a URL, but isn't solely a URL, due to the inherent Identity/Access duality of HTTP scheme URIs. Thus, its Identity Function handles unique identification while its Access Function provides data access -- via a Web document URL -- to "Your" profile metadata (i.e., constellation of characteristics - attributes and values - that describe entity "You").
