The UUID Features Integration module provides a mechanism for exporting content (nodes, taxonomy, fields) into a features module. What's that you say? You thought features was only for configuration? This module is meant to be used in the cases where certain pieces of content straddle the line between pure content and configuration.

Microdata enables you to share content with other sites and services, like Google's Recipe View, using inline metadata. It is much like RDFa; as schema.org says "The data model used is very generic and derived from RDF Schema". Because of this, Microdata can borrow a lot from the core RDF module. It is still in the extremely early stages
